After any meeting, give this operator your raw notes — messy, incomplete, stream-of-consciousness. It produces a structured debrief you can act on in under 2 minutes: summary, key decisions, action items (yours vs. others’), context for next time, and a follow-up draft when needed.

Set it up — step by step

tips

  • The messier your notes, the more this operator earns its keep. Don’t clean up before pasting in.
  • Works great with transcripts from Fathom, Otter, or Zoom — it extracts what matters instead of summarizing everything.
  • After a few uses, you’ll notice patterns in what it gets right and wrong. Tweak the instructions.
  • For recurring meetings, add a note about the meeting’s cadence and purpose to your current-context.md. The debrief gets dramatically better.
  • Over time, upload past debriefs as project files. The operator will track what’s changed since last time.
