  • After each client meeting, paste a quick summary back into this Project. Over time, it builds a history that makes prep dramatically better.
  • The “Questions to Ask” section gets better the more context you give it. The more it knows about the client relationship, the sharper the questions.
  • Works even with minimal input — “prepping for a call with Alex” produces a useful brief if your context files mention Alex.
