Starter Kit Operator

Client Prep.

Produces a focused prep brief before any client meeting — snapshot, context, agenda, and questions to ask.

Pattern 6 · Apply a lens to your material

what it does

Tell this operator who you’re meeting and what it’s about. It produces a prep brief you can read in 3 minutes: client snapshot, last interaction summary, suggested agenda, questions to ask, and a preparation checklist.

  • about-me.mdYour role and context
  • my-voice.mdYour communication style
  • current-context.mdActive projects, clients, and priorities
  • client-notes/ (folder)Per-client notes you accumulate over time. Start empty, add as you go.

setup time

~15 minutes.

tips

  • After each client meeting, paste a quick summary back into this Project. Over time, it builds a history that makes prep dramatically better.
  • The “Questions to Ask” section gets better the more context you give it. The more it knows about the client relationship, the sharper the questions.
  • Works even with minimal input — “prepping for a call with Alex” produces a useful brief if your context files mention Alex.
